Properties
The Association owns multiple properties throughout the subdivision. They are available for the use of paid members and their guests, subject to posted rules.
Locations of the properties are highlighted on the map above. See descriptions below.
South Lake
The Beach
Sandy beach with a swimming raft in the summer months. Children's playground equipment. Picnic tables. A Pavilion (which may be reserved for events). Toilet facilities. Water fountain. Plenty of shade. Enjoy.
For the sake of the swimmers, no fishing or boating is allowed here.
Leedy at the Channel
If you want to fish the channel between the lakes, this is your spot. Cleared. Semi-shaded.
Hollywood and Vine
Long, narrow entrance leads to a sunny T-shaped lot with beach access. You are allowed to walk down the driveway to access the property.
The Point
Sunny open lot with picnic tables. Favorite of the fisherpersons.
Indian Trail
A mostly overgrown, swampy mess in the southwest corner of the subdivision . But the mosquitoes are big so there's that...
North Lake
Baylor at the Weir
Two lots, one north, the other south of the channel near the weir. The north lot is cleared; the south is wooded. (OK overgrown). Fishable, so please watch for the kids when driving in the area.
Hollywood and Broadway(ish)
L-shaped lot east of Hollywood on Broadway.
Broadway and Leedy
A shady lot favored by fishermen.
Interior
The Ballfield
There used to be a ball field here. Maybe there will be one again. Or something else. We're working on it. Right now, it's uneven and a bit hard to even walk through, but it's got potential.
Sunset Circle/Island Drive
Multiple large open properties here on the channel. One (The Point) borders on the South Lake.
Vine and the Channel
Narrow lot with access to the channel and the lake at its southern tip.
Baylor West
Large undeveloped, uncleared lot. Basically inaccessible.
24th Street Entrance
The lot at the entrance to the subdivision at 24th and Baylor. Home of our beautiful subdivision sign.
